My cat loves sleeping on the roof of my car and leave foot prints and hair all over the car. How can get her to stay off my car?

Strict discipline and water lol. It will be a while if you don't want your cat doing that. Cats are so different when trying to teach them what to do or what not to do. Try spraying a little water on them just to scare them off the car and eventually your cat might get the hint. If not the best way is just make the cat an inside cat instead. Hope that helps!

You can't.

Your kitty is up there because she feels safe AND she can see more things than by being on the ground.

The hair will blow off as you drive away but the footprints will stick around until you wash your car.

Have you considered buying a car cover? That's probably your only option other than finding another home for her and even then other kitties in the neighborhood will eventually roost on your car, too.

Comb the cat's fur daily and place a tarp over your car or give away the cat to someone who has the priority straight.

You have to raise a cat from kittenhood to train it for behavior and territory allowance. It should be great fun figuring out how to show the cat its boundaries, and then watching it incorporate your rules. Although there is variation in learning ability in cats.

with out some type of cat-sensing alarm, i don't believe of you could prepare the cat to stay faraway from the motorized vehicle. as well, in case you probably did prepare the cat to stay faraway from the motorized vehicle, it might develop into anxious once you attempt to placed it contained in the motorized vehicle to take him to the vet or perhaps with. So, all you could extremely do is keep the motorized vehicle contained in the storage, or keep the cat interior, or keep the cat in a fenced backyard (yet this does not continuously artwork, because if there is any type of hollow or hollow contained in the fence, the cat will locate it. also, some cats can bounce precise over a fence.)

i would suggest that next time its on your car blow the horn the other problems you should worry about with a cat on or around the car is that it could get in the engine which i have experienced myself was not a fun situation. so i started checking under the hood and or blowing the horn. cats hate loud noises. if this doesn't work keep your kitty in doors

use the dust off spray for computers to scare her away every time she is on it. Turning it upside down and sending a blast works well.
