i think most likely that she is comfortable around you, i do that with my good friends because they know i don't mean what i say and just joking around. But i also have a serious side that they don't want to mess with ...
In your case, it depends on how you act, if you also tease them back or good friends with them, then i doubt they think you are a loser or whatever. If you are a confident person, then in any case, you should interpret the teases the way you want to interpret them..if you are wrong, them it's not your fault..the girls are being TOO mysterious.

It means they Are Making Fun of You but say only joking, smile to confuse you and then you won't retaliate(pay back) get mad at them and so forth. You don't need these kind of phony ,superficial girls for they get off on being this way. The next time they do this let them know you don;t care for them disrespecting you,making fun of you for in no way are they better than you. What these girls are doing is a subtle form of bullying,but still bullying and its also mean. Find people who are more honest to hang with.

Could be either, it depends on the context and the tone. I do that with women and they do it back its a form of flirting. But if your just walking by and they point and laugh and call you a loser then they just suck. It depends on how well you know the ones doing it to I suppose, you need more info to get a solid answer here.

Sorry to tell ya but I think they are being mean and you just don't get it. It also depends on how old you are, 5-8 they like ya, 9-13 ya better get a clue, and any older than that it's just mean!

They could call you a stupid jerk and hit you but if they do it playfully, then it's OK. There is a difference between making fun of you and laugh at you against making fun of you and smile at you.
