(I'm assuming you mean Japanese-English dictionaries. If not, apologies.)

Personally, I prefer Jim Breen's WWWJDIC, an interface for several dictionary files, including EDICT (general Japanese-English dictionary) and ENAMDICT (database of Japanese names).

And if you're just looking to copy-paste a large chunk of text to translate kanji and katakana, Rikai.com is excellent.
