Its too late now. Just be aware whoever you did this with will probably tell everyone they know AND never talk to you again.

You cannot take back what you've done. Waiting might have been a better choice, but what you chose was what felt right at that moment. I know its hard to just move on, but right now you need to be concerned with the fact of - is having sex going to result in anything, or am i at risk for something. Chances are no, but thats no promise. Talk to your partner and explain to him how you feel. Comunication will be your best ally especially when it comes to something like this.

Like it or not, it is too late. I am taking it that it wasn't all that good for your first time. That's OK. For most people the first time is sorely lacking. That is because sex is new to you. You or your partner hasn't developed a good bedroom techique yet to spice things up.
Here is a way to deal with the regret. Just look at it as learning experience and move on.

How old are you? How long have you been with the person?
If you love them and plan on being with them, don't worry. But if you feel regrets, thats the part of learning and making mistakes in your life. Just don't do it again... even though what you gave up, can never be taken back.
I saved mine for the person I want to be with so it's hard to really know what to say, but just learn from this.

you should have. Especially if you go online after, instead of being with the guy....you blew it on hormones, not on love.
but its all good, you me, and a whole lot of others have done this. You live and learn, although its something you can never take back, from this experience you should take that you should really make sure the next guy you have sex with is worth it....or at least good enough to make u passout in bed after.

Well, I'm sorry, but you should have waited if you feel that way. Honestly, I don't know what to tell you except suck it up cause there's nothing you can do now. You don' spread 'em. I guess don't have sex again until you're really ready, but I honestly I think you're gonna keep doing it.

.. well what were you doing? were you drunk? were you foruced to have sex?.. were you told to do it even he say he dump you if you say no to it... and finally, if you knew it was wrong to do it, you could of say "NO" and if he don't listen.. simple break up with him his not worth it.. if the guy waits for you, his the person you will never find in a long run.. if he doesn't listen on what you say.. now thats break up, endless you think his the "good boy" and not that type of "bad boys" one.. hope this help..
