It sounds like the woman is mentally unbalanced. I can't imagine anybody puttijng their family through that. The husband didn't help the situation by keeping silent. I'm not even sure if it was real because of the constant shift of the camara viewpoint. Take heart, dear, there are alot of good people out there.
