My Ex best friend now has been sleeping with my Ex boyfriend and i'm still in love with him he is only my Ex now due to the fact i found out what they were doing so how can i get them back and how can i get over my feelings for him.

Consentrate on getting over him and forget about her.The revenge and hatred will only delay your journey to become complete again. Revenge is for the week. Step up to some class and expunge both of them from your mind. Act and truly feel that she doesn't exist. Don't give any space in your mind to the likes of her. After all she had his help.
As for him, it will take awhile. Consentrate on loving yourself first and reevaluating the fact that you have value beyond his worth. You can regain your dignity and self respect by sitting back and taking a good look at yourself from within. Redefine your values and find ways to occupy your mind. A good book does wonders. Start a new hobby or get involved in an old one. Reset your goals and do at least one positive thing each day.
Take it one day at a time. Each time your mind drift toward him and/or her immediately purge the thought and get the novel or find something positive to do. Don't let yourself go around moping and feeling sorry for yourself. Hold your head high and step and stand erect. Don't lower yourself by getting into any stupid arguments with her thereby stooping to her level.
Here is my personal quote for you. "when things are not going your way, use it as a chance to show how much class you have".

Sounds like they deserve eachother and with time one of them will mess up and cheat on eachother.. that should be payback enough... but the very best way is to go on and do great things... get awesome grades, get an unbellievable career, raking in more money tthan they'll ever dream of.. let them see that this doesn't affect you.... even find a way better caring, loving man and believe me that will sting enough when it's all said and done. Don't stoop to their level, just rise above the circumstances.

Your ex-best friend did you a big favor, becuase if he would screw her then he would screw anyone. Your best revenge is letting her have him becuase he will do it to her too. If that isn't good enough for you, try this. Go to your local health dept. get a test for STDs. When you get the results back, hopefully negative, ask for an envelope. Take the paper home, white out the results, put positive results(Ofcourse white out your information and put his) make a copy(the white out will not show on copies if you are careful) Type a letter saying that she needs to come in for treatment and sign it with the person's name that is on the results, the health dept worker. Then mail it to your best friend, type a label so she does not recognize your hand writing. Not only will she be pissed at him, but she will have to go through the process of either being tested, or they may just give her shots of antibiotics, depending on what you said she had.

As bad as it is what they've done, what is revenge really going to do for you? It's not worth it for you. Just realize that if he would do that with your friend and she would do it as well, the neither one of them are worth your time and effort any more. TIME will allow you to get over him.

how about moving on, finding a new friend, go to a salon, have a makeover, go to the gym and get a drop dead gorgeous body, enroll in graduate school and earn your master's or PHD. your bestfriend and ex boyfriend dont deserve your time.
