Obviously there are the Casino's, but it's fun to walk the Boardwalk too. Also - there is a wonderful homemade-chocolate store called Jagielky's that you MUST visit. It's in Margate.

If you can drive around, head south to Margate and visit Lucy The Elephant. You can also check out the town of Historic Smithville (right on route 9). Both are within a few minutes drive of AC.
If you don't want to drive, see if there are any concerts or shows you want to see. On the Boardwalk check out Ripley's Believe it Or Not.

There are the Casinos, free drinks while you are in there, walk the beach and the boardwalk, walk from the beach to the marinia and see how poor and shabby the rest of AC is really is. Unfoprtunately, theres no much else.
