I read that adding a little lemon to milk will create buttermilk, You need some fruit, yogurt and ice, then you have an excellent smoothie and healthy, no sugar, no milk try lemon flavored yogurt in you really want the lemon taste.

If you throw those ingredients into a belnder to make a smoothie...I think you just might get a smoothie. And your milk will curdle because of the lemon! (may not be significant)! LOL

The lemon will make the milk curdle, so you're basically getting ice cold sour milk.
PS: Higher fat content milk or half and half won't curdle as easy. When cooking, thickened milk won't curdle either because the proteins are bound already.

the rind of the lemon will make it bitter but i would add something else to it like some orange juice just to add filler and calm the lemon down. try the source url to see if they have some lemon smoothie recipes

Yes, it will taste good if you add some sugar, but you could also do yogurt instead of milk

It will be sour. You need something sweet in there too. How about adding some sugar, Equal or Splenda? Throw a banana in too.
