You are a growing lad. You need to be eating eggs, beans, dairy, fruits, and vegetables.
Eat every 3 hrs. Choose a snack that is healthy.
Get a set of weights. You cannot go wrong by lifting weights. You will look great and add muscle mass to your frame.
And don't get fat. Only sloppy girls choose a fat man.
Good luck!

I would take precautions if you want to get chubbier. This will lead to increased health risks. Why not opt for muscle growth over a thicker layer of adipose tissue? Lol! Increase the calories you consume by 500 cal. Perform 3-4 days of exercise including weight lifting a week. A gain of approximately 2 lbs a week is considered a healthy gain. Eat regular meals containing a good source of protien (egg whites are great), complex carbs (potatos) and healthy fats (olive oil etc). Eat vegetables and fruit too. Add in some extra calories with protein shakes. Good luck!

based on ur height...u should be between 150-190 lbs.
try bulking up by lifting weights, sit-ups, running. eat protein/carbs more than fattening foods...fattening foods will give u the most calories, but it will also clog up ur arteries, which will set u up for heart attacks/stroke later. consider eating snacks in-between meals...healthy snacks (not chips, cookies, candies, sodas), but fruit, cereal, low fat milk, healthy home-made shakes made from bananas/milk/scoop of vanilla ice cream/other fruits or vegetables.
eat 3 healthy meals...enough to make u full/take away the hunger but not too full. then have 2 snacks in-between ur meals. exercise at least 4 times a week...better if u can work-out for 2 hrs every other day...even better if u can work-out everyday. if u work-out everyday, then u may want to eat one protein bar a day for one of ur snacks.

If you're serious about becoming fat, please please don't consume inordinate amounts of saturated fat as you increase your caloric intake.
