I've never had semen in my eyes but I would think it's the salt content that makes it sting.

yes bc its a foriegn waste product in ur eye as in with anything otha than water in ur eye n the common thing is for ur eye to water up as to get rid of it.

HELL YEH....YA KNOW SOMETIMES YOUR AIM IS ALITTLE OFF I WALKED AROUND FOR TWO DAYS LOOKING LIKE I HAD THE PINK EYE AND IT PROBABLY STING BECAUSE ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE IN THERE.
