On Oct.7 2001, just before Afghanistan, and again at the State of the Union Address in 2003, just before Iraq, Bush warns time and time again that we're under imminent threat for bio-warfare. He proposes to spend $6 billion on something called Project BioShield to protect us from smallpox, Ebola, Ricin, and anthrax. Bush said Hussein had thousands of tons of biological weapons stockpiled and he was a clear and present danger, an imminent threat to the US.

We've since spent $500 billion on Iraq. The $6 billiion for BioShield is only $24 for each of us. Since Bush was so sure we were at risk, why weren't we worth $24 apiece on this so-called "War on Terror"? Did you ever get your BioShield or were all of us on another list? Lost in mail?

If he believed it, why didn't he spend it to "save" us? If he didn't believe it, why did he lie to us and to the entire world?

Isn't this maybe just a little worse than the Blue Dress?

And why did they name it "Project BS"?????

I know I hit the nail on the head when all I get is mindless personal insults and non-facts. It's easy to get offended because the truth here is so blatant that there are neither excuses or arguments for it.

It all comes down to only two choices. Either Bush believed Hussein truly had all those horrendous WMDs and chose to leave us all totally unprotected for no apparent reason. And while he was claiming to be protecting us in the so-called "War On Terror" by making a first strike on Iraq. Which makes no damned sense at all, not even to a Republican.

Or he knew fully well that he was pulling a Mark Fuhrman by planting a glove on old Saddam for the benefit of the American people, the UN, NATO, and the entire world. Bush fully knew Hussein posed no threat but he led us to war solely upon LIES for self-serving economic reasons and a way of stealing more power than he has any right or reason to in a democracy.

So which is it? And compare it to the "Blue Dress Lies."

The man can't tell the truth. His goal appears to be enriching the stockholders of the war machine at the expense of the young people he sends to Iraq.

Who cares about the Q-Tip. Bet it doesn't come out of your ears lilly white either does it?

I don't think you actually listen or think about what's happening in this country......the fact that there is a huge faction, largely from the middle east that want to kill us all anyway they can.

Instead you focus on silly things that make no difference in the big picture.

If you had elected Kerry or any other Liberal, you'd be writing different complaints in a short time. You'd be wondering what happened to America's pride, freedom and safety.........a bit more important than the cost of military equipment.

Some of you just can't see the forest for the tree can you? There is a big picture here that is a matter of life or death.........are you blinded by hatred for your own polticians?

Maybe you want to wait until we're already buried before you open your eyes............I don't. I support what we're doing.

If the money weren't being spent there, maybe it would be spent on more grants, more foreign aid or more nature studies. Why care so much about it? It's never going back into our pockets. Never has.

The only person that uttered the words iminent threat was Edwards. Bush said Iraq was a growing threat. You should check your history and weigh the facts instead of believing everything the mainstream press tells you. Why don't you liberal hate mongers come up with some ideas besides running like cowards instead of wasting all your time treating Bush like he's running for office. He ran twice, he won twice, and all the hate and blame from you people won't change that. What amazes me is you and our enemies are singing the same tune. "TRAITOR"

WHY DO PEOPLE HATE BUSH SO MUCH? In my opinion, it wouldent matter what Bust did, he would still get made fun of by idiots like you. He could be caught drinking beer, you people would call him an abusive drunk and that he should be impeached!
