Depends on whether you still want to be alive after "faking " a heart attack. There are drugs that can imitate a heart attack. Well enough to fool a coroner.

You can fake a heart attack, but a person can have alot of symptoms that might indicate a heart attack when they are just having indigestion, are tired or something else. It's always better to get checked out by the doctor than be sorry. Many 1st time heart attacks end in death. If you go to the hospital - they can determine if you really had one -but a person could have alot of heart attack like symptoms and not be faking a heart attack - simply having symptoms of something else.

Is it possible to fake a heart attack?

I can! All you have to do is whine in pain, say that you feel something dull and immensely painful in your heart, and fall down to the floor and barely move. Breathe deeply and try to make yourself sweat and look in agony and worry.

Of course, if I FAKE a heart attack, my mom will most likely get a REAL heart attack. That would not be good for all parties involved.

Only until you get to the ER. There an EKG and/or blood tests for CPK will expose you as a fake.
