! lost 62 pounds in two months...... It was tough but I needed to make a lifestyle change.... I weighed 340 and now I weigh 278. I did the Step Diet (a book at any bookstore) by James O. Hill Ph.D. I was more strict on myself then the book said to be. what I did was 1) Cut out un-needed carbs (stick to carbs with high dietary fiber because they actually have a smaller amount of calories then other forms of carbs {regular tortilla 190 calories per tortilla were as a low carb [which has 9 grams of dietary fiber] one has 80 calories}) 2) eat low fat products (fat has about 100 calories per tablespoon {which is almost equal to a fist sized piece of chicken that will fill you up more}). stick to meats that are 97% fat free or better (regular ground beef is about 230 calorie per 4 oz. serving & 97% fat free ground beef is 120 per 4 oz. serving) 3) eat lots of vegetables (they are very low calorie {2 cups of chopped lettuce= 20 calories}) but don't add butter or sauces to them or use fat free dressings 4) eat smaller meals more often (I eat 6 meals at 200-300 calories a meal {vegetables don't count towards calories in a meal except for corn, dried beans, potatoes and peas [which have high amounts calories]} which put me on a 1200-1500 calories per day{warning never eat less then 1200 calories a day}) 5) I walked 15-17 miles a day which took about 5-6 hours a day to do. I can't say that you will be able to do what I did; but read the book 'The Step Diet' it is awesome and alot easier then what I did as well as other diets out there (it let's you eat what you want but you compensate with portion control an increased excerise)...... But I needed to lose the weight immediately for health reasons

That is a bit of a push, but it can be done IF you are committed

Reduce caloric intake 500 calories a day.

Dump junk foods and sodas (and nothing from Starbucks)

Increase raw vegetables and water.

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

If you follow all this, it'll happen:

The NO list:

-no candy/chocolate/fastfood/chips/cookies/cakes/desserts
-no fried foods
-no whole milk/cream
-no pizza
-no beer

The YES list:

-fruit
-water
-raw vegetables
-skim milk
-orange juice
-apple juice
-tea/coffee are OK, but remember no whole milk/cream/or sugar added to it
-whole wheat breads
-rice

Remember to fill up your stomach with lots of water, so you'll be less hungry.

Exercise everyday by walking or jogging, dancing, and swimming.

Do not starve yourself - eat when you are hungry, but choose something from the YES list.

Do not over-do it on the exercise, just take it easy, and slow, but do not avoid it.

run 10 miles everdays and eat only fat free foods( maybe u can eat potatoe),only eat 2 times per day with limit by sick people.u can even loose more than 10 lbs

Slim fast. It really works and I lost 10 lbs w/in 2 wks. I even had extra healthy snacks!

This has fastest way to lose weight. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. you can't
the only thing you can lose fast is the extra "o" in the word loose for correct grammer
For real: drink lots of water to keep you feeling full and then drink extra before and after meals to help digest.
For really real: CUT OUT ANYTHING that has HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) AND WHITE FLOUR, RICE, BREAD....

This will work for you


2 teaspoon lemon juice , 1 teaspoon honey in half a glass of water (approx. 200 ml.) . Half an Hour after your lunch.

No side effect or no negetive effect .

sacrifice. give up the desire to eat more than required to sustain life. oh, and then, do more physical activity. be motivated to obtain your goal. I figured today, after losing 18 pounds, I I have gone from obese to overweight. only 20 lbs to be at the max BMI. 50 to be mid range for my height. got to do it for me. no-one else.
more motion less fat intake. fruit. good luck and godspeed.
