A good reason? That probably depends on the situation, and your age. If you are young, because you have fun together and you don't feel pressured into doing anything you are not ready to do yet. If you are older, because you care for her, because you hold her in high regard, because the two of you have overlapping interests and goals, because you have fun.

A good reason would be that you like her enough to be considered not only your best friend but as a life partner as well. Someone you can confide in. Basically, if right now you really like her and think about her a lot, than she is worth dating. And you need no other reasons than your own. Don't listen to your friends (unless she shows psycho tendencies) about her.

I don't really understand the questions.however if your a man or boy who likes the opposite sex would be a reason.And it could lead to marriage and your own family. I hope you get the answer that you are looking for.
