When I exercise(30)min moderate-Do I need to eat the point or points I burned?
How much and how long a day should I exercise?

No, you don't have to eat the extra points. But, usually you'll feel like you want to eat more. There is some debate as to how long you should exercise, but I think 30 mins 3 times a week is minimum. Make sure you are drinking more water too!

If you are doing Weight Watchers you should get on of those calculator things they have. They calculate the exercise in to point for you.
