Wrong. It's called a Depth Charger. Drop a shot glass of Sambuca into a pint of pale ale. Et voila.

Flaming Dr. Pepper. There are many recipes for it but the one that I used behind the bar was...
Half mug beer
Half coca cola
Shot of amaretto.

Drop the shot in the beer mug and chug.

***The area I live in won't allow anything to be lit and flame. :(

There is also one called an Car Bomb.
Fill a glass with Guiness (but not all the way to the top)
Mix in a shot glass Irish Whisky and Bailey's Irish Cream

Drop the shot glass into the glass and drink.

JagerBombs is a shot of Jager dropped into a glass of Red Bull. I can of Red Bull cana make up to 4 JagerBombs.

There are quite a few of these Beer ShotDroppers. Check out the website http://www.webtender.com/search/ and search for any and all new drinks that you may want to discover.

A Boilermaker is a shot of whiskey in a draft beer, an irish car bomb is a shot of 1/2 irish whisky 1/2 bailys in Guiness beer, a flaming Dr. Pepper is amareeto (topped with bacardi 151) shot in draft beer, jagger bomb is jager dropped in red bull...the list goes on...

In answer to your question, I don't know. but there is a flaming dr. pepper that's lit on fire, blown out and THAT tastes like dr.p. a JAGER (not yagger) bomb is not the same thing. jager is filled in a shot glass and then bombed, or dropped into a beer, or whatever your tastes are. a jagerbull is when its dropped into red bull.

As suggested, there are a set of 'em, in some states, inspite of the undeniable fact that, you won't be able to get the "flaming" ones anymore because some stupid less than the effect of alcohol "ladies" (fill on your human being adjective) determined now to not blow out the flame formerly downing the drink and sued the bar............. used to love flaming Dr. Pepper's yet good luck getting one in Cali............ there are some bartending web pages the position you may likely get a more effective wide record.

the guy above me was the only one correct. the way i have made it though was amaretto topped with Bacardi 151(which lights on fire, just dont pour it too fast on top). Light it(be very careful!) and drop it into a half full pint of beer of choice. It tastes like a warm DR. PEPPER!

well there's one called a "root beer float" but it doesn't taste like Dr. Pepper, hence the name.

But it is a shot of liquer sunk in a glass of beer.
