None, they will be too busy blaming Bush for it going out.

Well first you have the committee to determine if it is economically feasible. The subcommittee to study the enviromental impact. Don't forget the focus groups to decide if the word "screw" is politically correct. Also the different lobbyists for the lightbulb industry, skylight industry and Cindy Sheehan {She has nothing to do with it, but she still insists on being included...} Oh, and don't forget the movie made of it by that Moore guy. You also have to include Clinton's interns...oops sorry; haven't got results from that focus group yet! Also the IRS to collect more taxes to pay for the light bulb {It's procured through the pentagon...} The Unions to make sure that more people than is needed to do the job are on hand and overpaid. And finally the INS to deport the undocumented janitor that actually does the real work, before he gets it done. That's when they blame Bush and start over in the next session of Congress!
