Sorry, I don't. This is a rather specialised area which I've only ever seen in Medical bi-lingual dictionaries .... expensive at that! Maybe e-bay can help.

i would use wordreference.com because they have very good defiitions and then also forums where people discuss the various connotations and colloquial differences from their native countries...
