The culture and the civilisation are intrinsically related with each other. The clash of civilisation is a phrase coined by Prof. Samuel Huntington in an essay publised in 1994 in 'Foreign Affairs' a monthly magazine very popular among scholars whole over the world. Later on, seeing the controversy and its dimension, the author developed his theme in a book of the same title. There Prof. Samuel has advocated that the future clashes in the world will be due to clash of civilisations and more between two groups the Western with the Islamic; i.e.the Christians and the Muslims.
But the basic question is whether Islamic is a culture or religion. Unfortunately, of late, the Christian Churches have been emphatic on the rituals and services in the church which has become the main reason for its decline in the Western countries. On the other hand, the Islamic religion simulataneously urging its followers to expand the Arabic culture by making the Kaba a centre for all Muslims in the world. That apart, the talk of OPEC helping the Muslim communities, and the Islamic nations funding the religious causes of the Muslims whole over the world; compounded by the increase in the world population of Muslims as compared to that of the Jews which is on sharp decline and that of the Christians whose birth rate is much lower; has put the two camps with arms against each other.
It might culminate in a global war at halting speed due to on going peace talks and the lurking mutual fear of use of nuclear arsenal. But the day al-Qaida will have nuclear bombs with the help of countries like Pakistan, that will be the end of international politics!

Culture and civilisation are according to the social habits which is the cause as well as the effect of the two. The religions which are in clash are the Semitic religions such as Jews, Christians and the Muslims. They have common ancestry but different cultures grew up because of difference in faith and habits dictated by religious leaders. Their identity is by their faith, rather than by culture. Religion is the cause and culture is the effect with them. They have been fighting since Prophet Muhammad days, who learnt from the Israelite history. But the Prophet has given a call to fight against all other civilisations who do not fall in line with Arabic culture. How the western new converts among the Muslims have reconciled with the Arabic dominance is not understood. That guarantees the triumph of the Islamic faith at the end.

That's quite a wide subject!
In a nutshell, different religions set different rules to their followers, which puts them on different paths for a quest for salvation. Religious leaders turn those into political issues just to remain in & strengthen their power thru a stronger hold on their followers. As to the wide variety of cultures, it's a wealth to civilizations rather than a burden.
In the end, all religions are behind the same goal: salvation of the soul. If people realized that, and kept their religions personal (as they should be), there would be no conflict. The key here is to keep politics out of religion & religion out of politics. But we probably will never be able to do that.

Just look at ifganistan, they have used islam to screw it up completly! Although islam has protected women, those idiots used gods words and twisted it and stoped women from studing and working so they are going backwards. Most of the men are too busy fighting. They changed their culture and religion to fit their selfish needs. You end up with uneducated civilization. Their traditions changed completely, women are not allowed to fo out at all unless with a husband, son , uncle, brother or father
since the men are in war what are they todo? stay home. Oh only a few men are kept to keep their eye on the women like a cattle.

I unquestionably think of they'll make inroads, yet their result would be slow. all and sundry isn't approximately to drop their long-held religious ideals, cultural traditions, or occupations in the call of technological know-how, performance, or "certainty." Being somebody who has a tendency to over learn and look into each and every thing, it took me a jointly as to comprehend that no longer all and sundry thinks approximately those issues. If i'm uncovered to a faith whilst i'm youthful, a device that purports to respond to all of those questions, it is particularly complicated for me to escape of this mode of concept. Accepting naturalistic factors many times is composed of the rejection of ideals that no longer purely became into I raised with, yet that are nevertheless held with the aid of those around me. And if I have been to reject those ideals, i'd be alienated from a lot of those around me. So the degree to which those ideals are entrenched is a barrier to the attractiveness of rationalism. yet ideals can exchange incrementally. nevertheless many traditions view technological know-how as attempting to upend their way of life (that's genuine), we are able to desire that when taking a while to unquestionably comprehend what's being stated, they might comprehend they have much less to concern from technological know-how than they initially concept.
