This happened to my daughter recently and she had a sinus infection. Sinus headaches are like migraines and can make u feel nauseous and dizzy. When I would have sinus headaches I would wake up in the morning and soon as I stood up everything would start spinning. An ear infection can do the same. You may not even feel sick and have a sinus infection. You really should go to the Dr for relief but an OTC medicine for sinus headaches may help you feel better in the meantime.

Wow, I posted a question like that yesterday. Read my posts to see what answers I got.

I have the same problem. whenever I have headaches or backaches or anything like that I get severe nausea. I feel like I'm going to throw up but I don't usually. Those days I pretty much have to lay in bed and if I get up to go to the bathroom I feel really dizzy like I'm going to faint and have to grab onto the wall.

This happened in the grocery store the other day. I was fine and all of a sudden I got so hungry even though I had just eaten like 2 hours before. I felt nauseous and got bad headache and dizzy feeling.I had to eat 2 bananas and a choc milk because I was actually worried that I wouldn't make it home safely and when I did I dropped all the bags an went to bed for like 5 hours.

The only advice that I have is to go to your soctor. I'm making an appointment because my classes start next week and I don't want this to happen at school. I don't know how old you are but Im 23 female. My mom said to get this checked because diabetes runs in my family and these symptoms might be associated with it because of low blood sugar.

You most likely are dehydrated. Every time you feel bad drink 1 or 2 quarts of Gatorade, there is a new strawberry flavor that is pretty good. If it is dehydration you should start feeling better within an hour or two, without taking any medication. Caffeine and alcoholic beverages will make you more dehydrated. Dehydration can be a very serious problem so don't take it lightly. Less sweating and less urine which is darker than normal are more symptoms. Try the Gatorade. It should make a difference if you drink enough.

Angelic is right, it could be sinuses. They drain down into teeth if there's some opening there, maybe due to accident. Another thing is it could be is trouble with the jaw. The one sidedness of it suggests that might be it. The lump on the back of your neck could be part of it. As a nurse, I massaged a guys neck just full of knots. Some hurt of themselves, some don't but may be causing pain elsewhere Do you clench your teeth? Maybe just at night. You could get a mouth guard from your dentist to prevent the complete closure of your mouth when clenching. If you clench during the day, get a guard for your bottom teeth since you can talk with that. Another thought might be a tooth infection. Some sources of pain and be "referred" pain, that is, feeling the pain in a different place than the source or as well. Infected teeth would give you a headache. Good luck and take care:)

Do you live in the Midwest near Chicago or Cincinnati? The mold count is really high, and allergies can cause all of the symptoms you have listed. The symptoms you listed are common, and there are many, many things that could be causing them. I'd say the chance of a tumor causing them is slim. Migraines also cause these symptoms. Are you very sensitive to light and sounds? Do you sometimes see light patterns before a bad headache hits? If so, you might have migraines, but that doesn't mean you have cancer. They have medications to help with migraines, so if they keep happening, be sure to tell you doctor.

If you are experiencing this everyday, you should consult your doctor, this could be a sign of something else. However, I don't hink you should freak out over this. It could be a form of vertigo, sinuses, an allergic reaction, whatever the reason, you should find the cause so you could feel better.

You could just be dehydrated. Try drinking more water. And if you drink a lot of sodas, you need to either cut back or stop completely. If the problem continues you need to see a doctor. I hope this helps.

High Blood pressure or an inner ear infection

Have you ears checked. An inbalance in the inner ear or fluid can cause this.
I have it a lot and take a decongestant for it when it gets real bad.
