I think we should pick one of those things to fix. We would save more people and we could avoid gigantics wars with foreign countries!

Lack of water.
Let's start with that one... take all those useless aircraft carriers and convert them into giant, portable water processing facilities. Free water for the whole world.

i agree even though i spent 14 months fighting in iraq. but my list would be
cancer, car accidents, drugs, cheap food, smoking, drinking, having sex, sky diving, hang gliding, walking in the dark, taking a shower, wiring a circuit in your house, golfing, swimming, giving birth, using a cheap ladder, cutting a 2x4 with a circular saw, hitting the winshield at 60 MPH, running from the cops, hunting with Dick, banging your friends girlfriend, banging your girlfriends friend.. the list goes on and on.....
