If you want your friend to know, then you will have to tell her or ask her out. That is silly. Don't play games with yourself. Just be honest. If you don't know her all that well, then get to know her and decide if you really do like her. If she is a friend you do know well, then you are going to get really hurt or she may in the long run if you don't admit your feelings. This can mess up friendships. If you are not sure about dating her, then just leave it alone. It is harder to find a good friend.

well you gotta be very nice and helpful, always polite and by the way you do things she will notice that she gets more attentiona dn care from you than anyone else gets from you. be gentle but dont push too hard and respect her space. talk to her more often cause through talkin and long conversations she should realize and see you feelings

Flirt with her, compliment her on her looks, cheer her up when she's sad, hug her near her waist if you can, when you're across from her just look at her for like 5 seconds without blinking, then just look back at your table, tickle her, and thank her for being a good friend. \
My wishes are with you!

just tell her......how are you gonna know other wise? rejection is not a bad thing, you can learn from it and be able to move on if she is not interested. On the other hand if she is interested, "it's on".
