Can any one tell me what to look for, I have a problem with the VCR playing Picture, Have sound but no Pic. I clean the head only use the Vcr mable 80 Hr total of playing time, the DVD work perfect, I even tryed to play another Tape still play the same, sound but no Pic, Thanks in Advance

there are head cleaners that are not working fine for cleaning purposes.at times you've just played a dirty vcr tape or stocked.these tapes have a certain "algie" which sticks to the head causing the vcr to have sound but no picture.best way of cleaning the head is manual cleaning.when doing such procedure you must be extra cautious.since the vcr heads are so britle.(",)

ive had a few do that i was told it had bad heads. i didnt bother repairing it i just went out and got another.just buy a cheap vcr and keep using the dvd player
