As a general rule, citrus fruits/juice are good for you. They DO however interact with certain medications. If you are taking any prescription medications, be sure to read carefully the "drug interactions" section. If the meds you are taking are the type that should not be taken with grapefruit juice - it should be listed there. If you have discarded or misplaced the drug info sheet for any meds you are taking - please call the pharmacist (or check below website).

No it's not bad for you unless you have acid reflux disease and the juice exacerbates it. One thing to look out for though is the grapefruit juice if you are taking any medications.
Grapefruit juice binds an enzyme in your small intestine which is key to absorbing certain drugs. So if you drink or eat grapefruit at the time you take the pill, you body may not absorb the dose of the medication that you were supposed to get.
Otherwise, drink up.

Both orange and grapefruit juice are full of wonderful nutrients. However, it's even better to eat the fruit itself to get the added fiber. I am taking a medication that carries the warning "Do not eat grapefruit or drink the juice while on this medication" so this is obviously an exception.

Yes... Do not have a grapefruit or orange before you go to bed. Have a peach or any other non-acidic fruit.
Keep the oranges and grapefruits for the mornings and mid-afternoons.

If you drink too much juice, it can cause damage to your teeth enamel (so can soda btw). Your body can handle the acid since your stomache acids are much stronger (lower pH) than that of the juices.

It is good to drink liquids that are plentiful of nutrients, but too much acid is never a good thing. We have lots of it in our stomach to aide in digestion and be a good line of defense for protecting our bodies from invasion of bacteria that could cause us harm, you really don't want to consume large quanities of something acidic, even too much water (H20 is great for the body) can kill you aka, water poisoning. So drink up, but not too much. Your body can only take care of things one at a time, too much of something and your body gets overloaded and it takes a while to cleanse your system.

No, unless you have a problem with stomach acid. If you do, then take an antacid like Prilosec or Protonix so you can drink these juices.

No; in fact they are good to drink because of the nutrients they contains. I think that if it were harmful, we would have been advised not to drink them if it was bad.

No, not unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from drinking them. Otherwise they are very good for you.
