red beer = German style meatloaf (with hardboiled egg inside) Try Moretti Russo
pale ale = poached white fish with lemon dill sauce. Go for an IPA from an American micro brewer.

well I would go with a porterhouse steak, with carrots and mashed potatos hold the gravey, this will let you taste the beer without getting hammered. Plus this is a mans meal good eatin'

Not whatever you like, as fried food makes the beer taste flat.. Spicy food is good,, Thai food, like a really spicy Tom Yum.
