this is knowen as a mild migrane. you can take lots of meds for this, or you can use diffrent smells to make it subside but not totaly go away. have you talked to the doctor that you see if there is a right medication for you to take? like Me when I get a migrane I have to have a cool dark room for a few minutes and take about 1500mgs of extra strength pain reliever. make sure you put the cool damp rag over your eyes and shut them. it should subside in a few minutes. the key factor is to find out what causes them you must be doing something to be triggring the headachs, my suggestion is to logg the accurances of the headaches then take this information to the doctor then he can put you on some precription migrane relife. or the other remidy is to shave some of the hair on your head off, from ear to ear and fromnap of neck to the tips of the ears. BTW is your hair heavy? this causes some migranes.

It's possible it could be bad eyesight. however it could be a lot of other things as well. Some other things that can be the culprit are:
Migraines, Sinus problems, Allergies, stress and tension. The smart thing to do would be to get a check-up with your family doctor, and eye doctor. because if it's your eyes, no medication will stop the pain for very long. and if it's migraines, they'll give you something real good for the pain.

yes. My mom was experiencing the same thing. I took her to the optometrist and they told me that she needed bifocals. She didn't think the glasses would help, but sure enough the moment she got the glasses, she stopped getting the head aches.

Of course, these sypmtoms could mean other things. Go so an optometrist and if they help. If they say nothing is wrong, you should definately talk to your doctor.

As for the pain, try rubbing some peppermint oil on your temples. Be careful not to get the oils in your eyes because it will sting

Many things can cause headaches. You really should see a doctor. Have you ever had sinus problems? That can cause you to hurt around the temples. If you think it could be that, an over the counter sinus/allergy medicine could help. That's what I take. It's hard to give someone advice without knowing anything about you. Good Luck!

Try ecedrin migrane relief. That is probably what you are having. If in a few days the meds don't work, make an appointment with your doctor, it could be bad eyesight, but if they come suddenly then it isn't that, if they last for more then a week, then you might want to get a ct, you could have a brain tumor, or meningitis. But, I still think it is just severe migranes. Take a day off of work to just relax. It might be because you are too stressed.

I could be few things...As you mentioned the first thing could be related to eyesight, you may indeed need glasses so have an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) check your vision. Those headaches could also be related to sinus problems and lets not forget stress. Stress could entice any kinds of problems. As far as medication, I guess take any kind of pain reliever such as Advil/Motrin or Tylenol and if its persists give a call to your doctor. You have nothing to lose. I'm sure its nothing to worry about. Feel better.

headaches are often symptoms of another problem. i'd start by just doing some basic stretching and stuff. you'd be amazed at how much better you might feel with 15 minutes of light excercise in the morning. stretches are really good for that kinda thing because your spine has a lot to do with headaches, and if you keep your back limber, it can reduce headaches a lot.

eyesight can have a lot to do with it too. definitely have your eyes checked if you seem to be squinting or something lately. and for fun, check out Brian Regan's skit on glasses and eyesight. its frickin' hilarious.

You should definitely see a Dr. but in the meantime try a medicine for sinus headache, especially if you seem to stay congested but sometimes I don't even realize I am congested and I can get a sinus headache. They almost feel like migraines and regular Tylenol or allergy medicine does not help. Advil cold and sinus use to help but once you have I have a full blown headache only the Walmart sinus with headache worked for me but it does make you very drowsy. Allergies can cause daily headaches.

Is your sight ok, if you need new glasses that could do. But it can also be sinus problems and a whole lot of other things. I get them from neck and back problems. You really do need to see a doctor to rule out anything serious.

Stress can also cause headaches. Are you going through a rough time? I hope you feel better soon.

Drink water, one of the signs of dehydration can be headaches. It helps my daughter a lot.If that don't work talk to your doctor. Are you drinking a lot of caffeinated drinks, or more important were you? Caffeine withdraws can also cause headaches. If you want better relief with over the counter medication you can try taking Tylenol or Aleve with a caffeinated drink. That boost the analgesic effect a bit.
