Quantum signal processing is similar to digital signal processing except that it aims to use algorithms and techniques borrowed from the world of quantum computing.

Since quantum computing is a totally new field with only a very few demonstrated experiments 'proving' a few of it's precepts, I suspect that quantum signal processing is still a few decades away from being an 'off the shelf' technology.

As above. Quantum Signals would likely be the smallest signals that could be processed.

A possible use may be communication between quantum machinery. Or analysis of signals at the Quantum level.
