Once, during a cake decorating phase (or craze ) that I went through, I baked a 14 inch classic cheese cake & painstakingly decorated it to look EXACTLY like a Chicago Style Deep Dish PIZZA !!!!!
It was awesome. It had green pepper slices & onion slices made out of royal iceing. And tinted frosting mushroom slices, & pepperoni slices.
I made it as a birthday cake for a guy who was a PizzaHolic.
& he was absolutely stunned !
BTW it was also delicious & tasted nothing like pizza!
I live near Chicago where there is an ELI's Cheesecake Bakery with an Outlet store ! BIG discounts on great cheesecakes, so if you're ever in Chicago check it out.

I love classic cheesecake with a nice topping of fresh strawberrys.....(I've also tried a lemon cheesecake which surprisingly was pretty good, yet nothing can beat the original)

I like plain cheesecake so that I can put my own topping on it like raspberries or strawberries.
