Exercise...just do something little everyday, like go on a walk and work your way up from there. also try not to eat empty calories, like soda, potato chips etc.

if you live with others, only buy them their food, but save up your money and go to subway and buy a sub, 3 times a day, drink alot of water, and maybe pop with lunch, or milk.

if you live alone, buy no food,(unless you have pets) and just go to subway, like i said. and maybe buy you alittle one and put it in the fridge, if you want a snack.

you can also buy non sugar products and stuff, if you want to shop, and have stuff in the fridge.

if you are wondering about the subway deal, i seen on the news that a 400 lbs. (or something) went there every day for a LONG LONG time, and he is really darn skinny...
or if you are one of those strange people, go anorexic, or plastic surgery, tummy tuck... lypo suction...
