Im trying to stop drinking soft drinks (e.g diet coke),,i used to drink between 3 to 5 cans a day anyways im drinking non alcoholic flavoured beer, ice tea, gingel ale, etc as an alternative are these okay to drink or are they just as bad.... and i heared non alcoholic beer or malt is accually concidered healthy....is that true???

non alcoholic beer or malt is considered healthy.

Beer, ice tea, ginger ale are much better than drinking soft drinks like diet coke.

As a substitute to drinking coke or other drinks containing cola yes it is. However the best drink out there pure and simple is water.
