there's nothing wrong with being emotionally moved now and again! What are the words that made you feel this way? Ask yourself where these feelings are coming from. Is there something about the song that struck a chord with you? Did it evoke some feeling of longing for something that you do not currently have? Pray about it, and realize it's ok to cry.

While you might have pent up psychological issues as the first responder sugguested, music is POWERFUL. If you let yourself feel it, it can artificially stimulate an emotional state of being. Moreover, if you are in a given emotional state and wish to amplify it, music can assist you in this manner. It's nothing unnatural, so there's nothing wrong with you. You might want to avoid sad music, though, if you don't want to be sad.
As a point, I often find that if I hum or try and sing along to sad music, the effect is greater (and represented in my voice).

Are you a Christian? Did it make you sad because you aren't where you want to be or did it remind of going church and singing hymns with someone special. That is gone now?
I don't think just this one time means anything is wrong. It could have just brought up some sad memories or feelings.
All music feeds our emotions in some way. "say a little prayer for you". I wouldn't worry about a 1 time incident. Maybe try to figure out why I reacted that way. Listen to some happy gospel or some rock gospel. That will get you moving.
God bless,
s

Do you also cry when you hear other kinds of sad music? Do you cry when you have negative thoughts? Thoughts of self-loathing? Has the idea of suicide become at all attractive? If you answer yes to these questions, you should go see your doctor or find a therapist. Depression is a disease and it needs to be treated before it kills you.
Don't just assume that you're being a big crybaby, it could be very serious.

Nothing is wrong with you. Some people cry when they feel the Holy Spirit. Some jump up and dance some shout. Different people do different ways. I get goose bumps and cry.
