One of life's greatest mysteries is who you truly are.

Destiny.

Yes, destiny but not fatalism.

Fatalism is like a train that can never travel away from the track.

Destiny is like an airplane that has extensive freedom of movement.

Life is a mystery to us, not to God. God knows the end from the beginning. And if by destiny, you mean a plan, I believe that God has a plan for each of our lives. It's all a matter if we listen to God or not.

No. You control your life and what you do may have a great impact in the future and if you believe that helping others is your destiny, you still have to control your own actions to get there. I believe a human lives to create more excitement for its own life and nature.

if someone else is in charge then who care,s you have no control over destiny. it may be a good or bad destiny, but every action has a reaction regardless. you just cant go through life thinking hey it's all destiny so i have no control over anything. that is for lazy azz people who don't want to be accountable for their actions or anyone Else's. just live the life you want

Yes of course. Destiny to me means foreordination. God chooses certain people to come down and do certain things because they are so well equipped to do those things. Jesus is the perfect example. But everyone has a foreordination to do something, whether it be big or small does not matter. According to free-agency we are all free to do those things, but if we really mess up then you may not get to do it. You choose in your heart whether or not you will accomplish your foreordination based upon your actions. If they meet up to the standards you will accomplish it, if they don't, then you can be sure He has prepared someone else who is more worthy then you to do it.
