need some ideas, cuz the "have friend ask out for u" method does not seem to impress them very much.

Nothing cheesy like a poem, because that will seem like you're coming on too strong. Be flirtacious and shy at the same time with her. Show her physical affection like putting your hand on her arm while talking for a split moment and smile.

well u could try my idea but be careful i screwed up on mine (did it on her abd her bfs anniversary i didnt know it till it was too late)
Send her a dozen roses with one silk rose in the middle and on the card write "when every rose dies that is when ill stop loving u" (i got the idea from a female that was givin me some advice on the situation i mentioned earlier)
its kinda strong but i like to go for all the marbles

Listen to her and be kind. Thats what girls want. If you are afraid of confronting her, send her a card or letter. Or sing or write a poem. Girls love sensitive, creative guys.

well..one of my ex wrote me a poem and nonchalantly gave it to me during class. but dont put any words that indicates ur doing it for 'friendship-only-sake' or she'll take it as it is - as was my case, so dense it took me 2 and a half months to realize it :P
