how do i put japanese on a pc?

am able to read the fonts but not type in japanese, any help?

go to control panel, regional options, click on tab "input locales", click add..., choose Japanese. edit properties, click apply

If you have Microsoft Word, download the Japanese language and you will be able to type it.
