Margaritas. I just like the taste of them. There not too sweet. Just right.

A good ale is very refreshing after a long work day, but I would have to go with single malt Scotch as a favorite.
For one, you can't shoot the stuff; you have to sip it. All single malts are made in Scotland, aged for a minimum of four years (though most are over 10), and are all made from the same ingredients by law.
That's where the interesting part comes in. Even with identical ingredients (water, yeast and barley malt), each one is very different in flavor, color and complexity depending on WHERE the water or barley comes from, HOW the barley is dried/fermented, differences in the distilling process, the type of wood it's aged in and the local environment.
A malt aged in a cask that held sherry wine will be sweeter and finish dry, whereas a straight oak barrel will have more woody, buttery flavors to it. Water in the Scottish Lowlands flows through grassy fields and tends to have a more heathery flavor, whereas the rocky Highlands malts are crisp and usually smoky. Some areas of Scotland don't have a lot of native wood but plenty of peat bogs, so some coastal Scotches have a salty, medicinal quality with a heavy peat flavor, but are exceptionally smooth.
I very much enjoy sipping a glass of scotch some nights, and it's very relaxing.

Oh, there are so many. IF you mean a mixed drink it's a tie between a bloody mary and a long island iced tea. As for beer I stick with Keystone light. If you mean a specific liquor then I say Southern Comfort. Best wishes
