everone is like freaked because of highschool because of pregnacies and cliques and drugs. And im just wondering what is the %tage that you will have a pregnatcy (or give it to someone), commit suicide, or do drugs and go to jail?
I know theese questions are weird but im freaked!

Don't be freaked. The biggest difference will be that you finally made it to being a big fish in a little pond at your last school and now you are starting again as a little fish in a big pond.
There is peer pressure, and more people so there will be more things happening... but be your own person. You have to live with yourself, so don't do anything that would cause you to lose respect for yourself. Don't be a lemming. You don't have to leap off a cliff just because all the other lemmings are doing it.
Make your own style, your own clic. I know you think it is harder than I think... but believe it or not, I was once there too.
Young people don't seem to understand... High School is only four short years of your life. And for the most part, after you graduate, you will never see most of these school chums again. They most certainly won't have any bearing on your life. So... the one constant is going to be "you". Make sure you like and respect yourself.

No, it is not really scary. Just be careful who you hang out with and check them out before you attempt to make friends. Cliques do exist, or at least at my high school, but not as much as they used to in the old days. With drugs, JUST SAY NO. Do the same with drinking. I don't think anyone at my school does drugs, but I hear they do in some schools. Just make good choices and you should be fine.

lf your smart enough you can prevent pregnacies, by not having sex. The same with drugs, and everything else. l'm gonng to be a senior in high school, and once you get to know where everything is it's not so scary. lf you do anything of the things you said above then you are stupid, cause you do that to yourself, and it's not cool. High school isn't scary at all!

No. Don't belive the hype. You'll see for yourself.....school is school. YOU as an individual wont have to do anything to make you uncomfortable. There are kids in junior high who do drugs and girls who get pregnant. The only difference is there there is more people in high school , and therefore more chances for these situations to occur. Same game....just more players.

do not worry, it truly is purely scary in case you view it as scary. only stick close to for your friends. i'm in a extreme college in a small city, and that i'm interior the marching band so I genuinely have a community of acquaintances that i'll draw close out with. the staggering element to do is to hitch a club or something like FFA (destiny farmers of u.s.) or band (marching band!!!). you're particular to make acquaintances that are older than you and also you'll be uncovered to a lot of people. Then it truly is not so nerve-wracking. I went in to extreme college not understanding a large number of people in grades prior to me, and now i'm a sophmore putting out with juniors/seniors to boot as people in my grade and newcomers.

Just be cautious on who you hang out with, and you should be fine.
High school isn't as bad as all of that. Sure, it may happen to people around you - but don't dwell on it.

I'm a highschool student and I'm finding it fun!
I think it just depends on how students control theirselves, on how they grew up, what is their outlook in life, who their friends are, what kind of family do they have, etc.
About the percentage, I think its 20-60%. It depends again.

high school not scary i am goin to high school tooo so it not scary it just all in yor mind rember when you thought middle school scary man you got over it. it jsut a biger school then middle so its not scary but its okay to scared but aint nothin goin happen expescially not me when i go this year class of big 10
