go to the emergency room, because you dont want to be surprised a week later when ur playing twister

It's been four days, now. Are you ok? They will usually break down a little, and soften up. Thank God it wasn't a plastic one, and promise to never do it again. You can forgive yourself for it, then. What did you eventually do? Eat a lot of bread? I would eat shitloads of french bread or other high protein, high fiber bread and drink plenty of liquids. The thing you've got to think about is how do you eat something that will thicken inside you to coat the effect of the toothpick. If you don't answer, I'll take it you didn't make it.

Your kidding right???????? Fool if you swallowed a toothpick why in the hell are you asking people what should you do. I'll tell you what, why don't you just wait for it to kill you....how bout that!!!!!
