You have to consider more than your age and your size. For example, you need to consider whether you've had something to eat, how long it took you to drink each glass of beer, etc. Even after considering those factors, each person is going to metabolize alcohol slightly differently. If you feel any buzz at all, even after drinking just one beer, don't drive.

Once I went out and had 2 beers and a crown and ginger and got pulled over...... i only had those 2 beers and 1 cocktail(crown). I had to submit to field sobriety test which I passed. Then I had to do a breathalizer. I blew a .084!!!!!! Thats ridiculous!! I am 6 feet tall and 190 lbs. I could have been arrested for DUI. The officer used his judgement to determine that I was in no way impaired and perfectly safe to drive. He let me go. I am completely paranoid about driving now. You can pulled over anytime for anything. If you get the wrong police officer, you will go to jail if it is borderline. My advice is : don't drive after having more that 2 drinks. Period.

That depends on alot of things how fast your body metabolizes the alcohol how much you have ate and what you ate and how fast you drank the beer. if you drink 4 12 ounce beers in an hour you are probably to drunk but if you drink them over several hours then you could probably be ok. Just to be safe always have a DD

Some would say it depends on your build, but if a person is a drinker they may be able to consume more than then the next individual. For example me. If I drank a lot and you and I went drinking I would probably be able to consume more than you. So I believe it also depends on the type of drinker that individual is.

That depends on a lot, size, weight, tolerance, and how long you've been drinking. Generally speaking after two glasses you'll fail a Breathalyzer test.
