My friend is always saying how gorgeous Israeli girls are. Do they look (generally of course) different than American girls who are Jewish? More tan? :)

Of the few Israeli girls that I have ever known in my life (and there are a very few) your friend is very right.
They do look different than American girls. Darker skin, darker hair, eyes, and "something". Can't put my finger on it but it is there. Same with Hispanic women - can't put my finger on it, but it is there. (and I mean that in a good way)

I don't know any Jewish American girls, but a good friend of mine (who was raised in America and came to Israel last year) told me that the Israeli girls are way prettier than the American (-no mean to insult anyone).
The Jewish Israelis are originated from many places and their mix is lovely, while the American Jews came (mostly) from Europe. Maybe the variety is what makes their appeal?

I've noticed that Israelis tend to look more Middle-Eastern than American Jewish girls. Their hair may be darker and curlier, and they may have slightly darker skin.

I don't know about the American Jewish girls, but I tell you about the Israeli girls, they are the most beautiful, elegant and temperamental creatures.

Yes you can tell the difference. Although not always. Usually as soon as they open their mouth and start speaking you know for sure where they are from.

Yes and no, I'm Israeli, and it all depends from where do they come from ethnically, if let's say they come from Poland (like me), they don't look different at all from Americans, but if let's say they're Moroccan, they would be darker, hairier (no offence) and so on.

There are beautys in both countries. From the pictures and videos that I've seen during the conflict, they are beautiful and wonderful. God made the Jews beautiful.
