oh my goodness, i love to have breakfast for dinner!!! i have fried apples, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, or the biscuits with the apples, and maybe country fried steak. some good stuff there!! if you don't know what fried apples are just ask me , and you are definitely missing out!!

I love breakfast food anytime. When I go out to IHOP or Waffle House, that is usually what I get, a big trucker style breakfast with hashbrowns and over easy eggs, meat and pancakes.
At home, I have this thing I throw together, it doesn't LOOK appealing at all, but it is really tasty!
Ingredients:
1 egg per person
5 tator tots per person
1 tbsp cream cheese per person
1-2 flour tortillas per person
shredded cheddar cheese
seasonings to taste. I love onions, garlic, and pepper
Optional:
Meats, if the ham or bacon is raw, cook it first.
Green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and other omelet ingredients.
Start by microwaving the tator tots until they are mushy and then scramble them in a skillet.
Add eggs and softened cream cheese, scramble it together, this is when it starts looking kind of iffy. Hang with me.
(If you add other ingredients, work them into the cooking so they are done at the same time.)
Warm tortillas and add egg mixture to that, sprinkle cheese on top. Serve hot.
Other things that are good anytime of day...
Quickie meal or midnight snack...smoothie, fruit salad, yogurt, or bowl of cereal, coffee cake, croissant with jam or Nutella
Hot and hearty...omelets, pancakes, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat, steak and eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy.

Another recipe: Donut holes
Canned biscuits, cinnamon, sugar
Cut each biscuit into fourths, lower a few at a time into a small saucepan of hot oil.
When the biscuits are cooked, roll in cinnamon sugar.
You can also leave these plain and inject them with honey or honey butter.

Breakfast is my fave meal of the day and I eat it many, many times for dinner.
I usually like Pancakes with bacon. I also like eggs, sausage, heck anything breakfast, i just love to eat!
Easy for dinner too.

I love to eat cereal for dinner... especially if I've had a BIG lunch. Sometimes a light dinner with calcium is all I need to put me to sleep.
Or if it's 2am after the clubs I'll go for an omlete or something

i do pancakes, & bacon! I can eat them for dinner, but I dont for breakfast...yeah dont like breakfast foods..lol..so dont know what makes it different at dinner time..lol
