i don't really like my weight i think i could be more toner in my stomach and my legs can u plz help me!!!

Your weight is fine. Keep eating right, stay active, and you'll grow out of any "baby fat" left on your body. Exercise is the key to developing a toned body, but you are also still growing and changing. Forget any dieting, just eat well-balanced meals and check with your doctor if you have any concerns. Your weight is ok, but you may need to get some exercise to tone your muscles. Ride a bike every day for half an hour, take walks, go swimming and SWIM, don't just lie there soaking in the sun, or even try lifting some weights. You will get more toned, and look leaner, even if your weight stays exactly the same. You may even lose a couple of pounds, but that shouldn't be your goal. Getting strong and fit should be the important thing. You will look better--your skin, hair, AND your figure, if you exercise daily and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies, some meat and dairy, and whole grains. And drink water, not sweetened soft drinks. Good luck.

Many peeps are going to say you are fat. I will say you are normal. Weight/height is in debate now so noone is right. Stay active and be happy! That is the best "weight".

I think that's a good weight for your height. I wouldn't worry about your weight, just concentrate on toning up. HTH : )
