The cream! They had a thing on the food network channel once on how you actually make the oreo cook, it was pretty neat, to watch.

Do you know that the cream in the middle is made out of LARD and then sugar is added to it. So you are really eating a FAT(LARD) cookie and not a cream cookie.

You gotta have both, lass. Same way you have to have both the lemon juice and the sugar to make lemonade. Leaving one out just doesn't work.
