I am right handed and the right of my chest is bigger then the left side. It isn't the biggest deal in the world, I don't notice it unless I look in the mirror but it is really irritating since I've been working out with dumbbells on regular and incline bench press for awhile. I am up to around 45 pounds on each side using dumbbells. What can I do to even it out.

is the left side weaker too? it's not uncommon for your pecs to be uneven in size. it's the norm. the question is how drastic is it?

try working the left a little bit harder. one easy way of doing that is to do single arm incline bench fly exercises. do one extra set on the left side each time you work it out. if you are really obsessing over it, i have seen trainers giving rehab to ppl with arm or chest injuries. they actually put uneven weights on the flat bench. however, always use the clips and always get a spot. start with very low weights bc it feels very awkward the first couple of times.

Just focus on the left pec by doing single bench presses.
Start with your left arm with the 45lb weight, and do as many reps as you can in good form. Then do the SAME number on your right (dominant) arm.
Progress to doing it over a swiss ball to incorporate all the synergistic and core muscles, but use a lesser weight. (Safer!)
