You pretty much get stuck with the cards you're dealt.. Just don't develop "short man's complex"

You know what, I went though a similar trauma. I wanted to reach at least 5'11 from 5'7. 2 years later, I'm still 5'7.
You have a couple of options:

1. Hormone treatments like Heightmax. These claim to work well with most individuals, but I managed to gain nothing in one month of usage. They say you need at least like 6 months, but that can just be a marketing scam. I dont know, it's an indea.

2. Get super buff so people loose sight of the fact that you're not the tallest fella. I did that a bit. It helps with the laddies, and with your self confidence.

3. Wait it out. You still have time to grow. Sleep a lot, play basketball, drink LOTS of milk, and ofcourse, eat healthy. Heightmax requires for it's patients to do these things while taking their 'suppliments' so I dont see why it shouldn't help you even when you're not taking them.

relies upon on how tall your mum and dad are and how old you're. in case you initiate out in young human beings getting a lot of sleep and ingesting remarkable you will maximize your person height without further drugs or greater beneficial strengthen hormone. yet while your bones are already last in on your person height, there is not any longer the rest you're able to do to advance taller or perhaps drugs won't artwork.

If you arn't already 5'10 it's highly unlikely. I'm 5'11 and i'm 18 and i'm hopeing i'll atleast grow to be 6'0! My ideal height woudl be 6'3 but unfortunatly I don't think ill get to be that... :(

Look at your parents and other relatives. If they are not 6' 4" don't hold your breath.

if you think it's a serious problem, go to see an endocrinologist. they could probably help you out with some growth hormones.
