I dont think that a condoms breakage rate is really 30 percent, is it? But if it was, I don't think that sex would be a smart idea unless a) you are ready to be a parent, b) you and your partner have both had STD tests, and c) you also used another form of birth control (the pill, the sponge, etc)

high risk sex? like with a shark? or with a land mine planted so if you go too deep you cant get back out? while hanging danerously off of a high rooftop?
