drink plenty of water..

eat right...

start a project: If you have something you are interested in, a hobby or special interest, your mind will be stimulated which will add more energy to your day. Sometimes we feel tired out of simple boredom, if you have some sort of project going on you will be motivated to be alert...

Go out , play and excercise.. fresh air will energizes you.

Too much sleep reduces energy levels - keep a journal and every week change your sleep from 10 to 9 to 8 to 7... some people do better on 5-6 hours than 11, while others do better on 10-11!

Also, work out more, keep a lean body and you'll be ok.

Some things that have helped me:

- exercise: walking, swimming, biking, hiking, yoga, tai chi/chi qong
- bodywork: Hellerwork (similar to Rolfing)
- body-oriented psychotherapy (check out Hakomi)

The bodywork and therapy helped me let go of the big blocks to my energy and the exercise helps on a daily basis.

I have a lot more energy these days!
