Eat protein. Chicken, tuna or salmon. It slows down the absorption of the liquor.

However, if you are regularly drinking more than you should and can't/don't want to stop, you may want to check out www.hufa.org for a clue as to why your body is demanding that you drink.

When I know I'm going out for drinks and I don't wan't a hangover,,, I take an aleve and have a nice big breakfast the night before. Wake up late and that usually does the trick.

Lots of water before bed, and advil as soon as you open your eyes, but after you take them, close them again immed and wake up later : )

Drink lots of water when your drink (one glass of water to each drink you have). Before you go to bed , drink at least two glasses of water.
