If your wife did not go for sterilisation after child birth, doctor says most couples chose IUCD or condoms, is the doctor correct? Pills and other methods might caused weight gain, acne, etc. Would you encourage your wife to go for sterilisation if both of you planned not to have any more children?

Many years back pills were having side effects but now they have pills which are safe.Condom is the most common contraceptive people use but it reduces pleasure, that's my experience, no kidding. If you have decided not to have any more children then go for sterilisation, but it should be yours.Female sterilisation has definite adverse effects, that's also our experience.

Ok, I'm not a man but I waited 10 minutes to see if you'd get any more answers. My husband doesn't use anything, I use the birth control patch. I love that thing, you change it once a week.
I hate to say it but if you BOTH are SURE you don't want anymore kids it is much easier for the man to get "snipped" then it is for the woman to get "tied". I'm not just saying that because I'm female either.
Good luck with your choice.

Fair warning, if you use any sort of chemical birth control (patch, pill, shot) over time your woman will turn into a hormonal freak. No joke, she will become crazy like you cant imagine. It really screws with their hormonal balance, I would suggest you find another method. Condoms, vasectomy, IUD etc...

Always remember, ingestion is the best prevention.

Yes the Doc is right. Also it's alot easier for the man to get a Vasectomy vs. a woman getting her tubes tied.

try not to do anything to the body nor take pills....does less good for the body.

try the safe period, condoms and withdrawal method. love yur wife and spare her those medication and surgery.

alternative, guys could go for an op to serve the sperm duct which is reversible and safe. better to be us than our love ones.

if all earlier method works....good luck.

I'm not a married MAN, but I am a married woman... we use condoms. Thats all that is really needed. If you REALLY don't want to have any MORE kids, get a vasectomy.
