Protein is also said to be good for those trying to lose weight. So this can include eggs, chicken and fish.

What are you willing to eat FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE to lose weight?

Average weight people cannot change their eating to lose 10 pounds and KEEP IT OFF FOR A YEAR so what makes you think you can do it?

If you are committed then you need to exercise 15 minutes a day for every 10 pounds you want to lose. What you eat is not the problem....how much you burn is the real problem.


Exercise can be FAST walking, Walking uphill, climbing stairs.

Veggies and proteins. No carbs after 6 ever! eat breakfast and a good lunch, and work out daily. Its imperative to work out, something everyday. Carb workout 4-5 times a wk for an hour, to an hour n a half and lots of water!! protein bars if you need to snack and limit your sugar intake....
