Let her fly out the window if you want her to die. Who's gonna feed her? She doesn't know how to get food on her own. She doesn't know how to get away from predators. She probably isn't prepared to cope with winter.
Just cover her cage and ignore her for a while.

If it is a pigeon, otherwise if it is an exotic bird like a parakeet, then it will most likely die in the outdoors. Try to give it to someone, and if that doesn't work give it to a humane society.
